We promote sustainable development in Haiti by working with partners to address agriculture, education, the economy, and government relations.
From 1804 to 1915 Haiti was a sovereign state under a republican form of government. As a recognized sovereign nation she became a signatory to The Hague Convention of 1907. She won her independence from France in 1804.
She was deprived of it in 1915 by the United States.
Since then we have been in virtual control of her territory, our marines have been in military occupation of the country, and the former republic has been stripped by us of every vestige of her sovereignty.
The Haitian Development Network (HDN) is a 501c6 non-profit organization promoting social and economic development in Haiti. Our goal is to empower the Haitian people by providing them with the necessary resources and support to build a better future.

Haiti 2050 is our vision for the future of Haiti.
It is a movement built on the exact blueprint that created success among the “Asian Tigers,” one-time colonies like Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand that have emerged as dynamic colonies.
Built upon a foundation of 7 proven principles:

Your monetary contribution funds programs, research, and initiatives that will have a lasting impact on the people of Haiti. Every donation can significantly impact our organization and the people we serve.
“Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”
Proverbs 29:18
