The Haitian Development Network (HDN) is a 501c6 non-profit organization promoting social and economic development in Haiti. Our goal is to empower the Haitian people by providing them with the necessary resources and support to build a better future.
The Haitian Development Network (HDN) was founded in 2021 with the purpose to improve Haiti and the lives of Haitians through social, economic, educational, and governmental change to Haiti, its people, and the surronding nations. Inspired by the example of countries such as South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore, we believe that a movement can be created to lift Haiti from its current position in the world to a strong and prosperous nation.
Haiti is a nation founded on the principles of liberty and self-sufficiency. Currently, Haiti is suffering from crime, corruption, and a loss of morale. We know that Haiti can change, but this movement must come, not just from the top down, but from the bottom up, and the middle out.
HDN has already begun working with schools, businesses, and international partners to provide goods and services to Haitian farmers, businesses, and children. We are excited to continue our outreach through our latest initiatives on the economic, agricultural, educational, and governmental levels.
Our organization measures success through key performance indicators such as number of individuals served, the impact of our programs on the community, and the sustainability and growth of our initiatives.
If you have any questions or wish to volunteer your time and/or skills, fill out the form, share your ideas with us, and let’s solve Haiti together.
