Haiti Food Security Programs (FSP) Solving the Hunger Crisis

Haitian families are struggling with extreme hunger, poverty, and limited resources.

Nearly 50% of Haitians Face Acute Food Insecurity

Today, nearly half of Haiti’s population—approximately 5.4 million people—lack consistent access to nutritious food. Hunger has no limits, impacting children, the elderly, and entire communities.

Through the Haitian Development Network Foundation (HDNF), you can help break this cycle.

Our Response to Haiti’s Hunger Crisis

Organizations like UNICEF and CARE are actively working in Haiti to support vulnerable communities through cash assistance, food distribution, and health services amid ongoing crises which is disaster relief. They help people for the time they are suffering under an emergency which is very important.

Haitian Development Network Foundation is committed to supporting Haiti through practical, community-led sustainability projects that promote long-term food security, expand economic development, and equip families with tools that last a lifetime.

The Haitian Development Network Foundation’s community garden project in Haiti allows 80 households now to grow food continuously thanks to newly constructed irrigation canals. We plan to expand this life changing project to reach more families.

This is Not emergency relief. This is self sufficiency. HDNF shows them how to raise chickens and grow their own food they can eat for a lifetime!
